I have a rather odd issue with a user - they are trying to save an email as a PDF, they go through the Print as PDF option in Outlook and then click print but when we go to the file it is blank and zero bytes in size. The issues seems to occur when there is an attachment in the email. I test this on my computer and cannot replicate the problem.
